Nazim Karachi Mustafa Kamal during his visit to a hospital in Karachi used very harsh words to women who were not satisfied with the administration of Hospital. When Mustafa Kamal came to hospital then women came and said that their father is hospitalized and they were not satisfied with the administration and doctor. Then instead of calling doctor to give some advise , Mustafa Kamal used bad and harsh language and said "Pagal k Bachay".
